We process orders within 1-3 business days. Each piece is handcrafted and carefully prepared before shipping.

Made-to-Order Items Some of our pieces are made to order. Production time is up to 20 business days, after which your order will be shipped.

Delivery in Bulgaria Delivery is made via courier. Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary between 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
